At SPCRSO, we want you to love every part you order from us. But if something’s not quite right — no worries! We've made our return process simple and stress-free.

✅ What Can Be Returned
You can return items within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they are:

Brand-new and unused

In original packaging with all parts, hardware, manuals, and accessories included

Undamaged and unmodified
❌ Non-returnable items include:

VIN-coded parts
-
Control modules or electronic units
-
Painted or touched-up parts
-
Installed or modified parts
-
Special tools and hardware (nuts, bolts, etc.)

Hazardous materials (airbags, batteries, seat belt components, etc.)
-
Navigation updates, software, or manuals
-
E46 M3 SMG conversion kits

Lifestyle items
-
Dinan brand parts
💸 Restocking Fees

No restocking fee for regular in-stock items
-
10% restocking fee applies to special-order items
🚚 Shipping & Return Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we made a mistake)

If your order had Free Shipping, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged items), we’ll cover the return shipping

If the return is due to customer reasons (changed mind, wrong item ordered), you are responsible for the return shipping
📦 If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incomplete
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and choose “Shipping Assistance”:

Keep all original packaging for claim purposes

We’ll resolve the issue quickly and fairly
🔁 Received the Wrong Part?
Let us fix it! If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours and select “Order Inquiry”:

Include your order number and part details

We’ll verify and get the correct part to you promptly
⚠️ Please check all parts before installation or painting. If a shop is doing the install, they must test-fit first. We cannot accept returns on painted or installed items.
💬 How to Return a Part
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

Contact us and select “Return Request”

Provide your 8-digit order number, part number(s), and quantity

We’ll issue a return reference number (MY#)
Step 2: Ship the Items

Use your preferred shipping carrier
-
Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice
-
Place the item’s original packaging inside an outer box
-
We recommend you insure your package — we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns
📌 Please note:

We do not accept C.O.D. returns
-
Do not tape over or label the original product box
-
If a prepaid label is provided due to our error, the return must be shipped within 30 days
💳 Refunds
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.
Refunds will be manually issued to your original payment method (minus applicable fees).
Depending on your bank, it may take 7–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
