✅ Fix Common Leak Issues
The OEM plastic hose fitting is a well-known weak point in BMW’s cooling system, prone to cracking and leaking over time. Our upgraded aluminum replacement solves this problem permanently by offering superior durability and leak resistance.

✅ Upgraded Aluminum Construction
Made of high-strength 6061 billet aluminum with precision CNC machining. Unlike plastic fittings, this aluminum version is wear-resistant, heat-resistant, and corrosion-proof—no more cracking or aging under engine heat.

✅ Improved Cooling Efficiency
Our fitting features a smoother inner wall and increased diameter compared to the factory plastic part, resulting in better coolant flow and improved thermal performance.

✅ Direct Replacement Design
No modification required. Simply remove the OEM fitting and install our upgraded one. This fitting connects directly to the cylinder head; no need to remove the hose from the thermostat side.
Includes:

  • 1 x Aluminum Water Hose Fitting

  • 1 x Stainless Steel Hose Clamp

  • 1 x Rubber O-Ring Seal
