Just, wow! I'm thinking very hard to try to imagine a repair or restoration product I have ever been more satisfied with. Any product, ever. First of all, the product works exactly as advertised. It fits perfectly, snapped right into the door handle, and the color match is spectacular. And I thought this brown-red color of the BMW would be very hard to match. The feel, fit and finish are all absolutely top-notch. And it solves a very tricky and sticky problem with these cars -- before I discovered this product, I had taken my car to the local upholstery shop and they quoted me hundreds of dollars to remove the handles, scrape, re-wrap with real leather or even vinyl, just a lot of fine work. This product makes all of that absolutely unnecessary. It is just like a new interior part. Completely indistinguishable from the BMW factory interior parts. Also, the driver's door part arrived broken with my first shipment. I went to their customer service chat and mentioned it, and they had a new part shipped immediately, within 2 days. To be honest I really feel bad about my previous review of your product. I ordered a set of the door handle covers previously and did not install them correctly. It seemed to make the situation worse, and it led to me giving a bad review. Fortunately, you were kind enough to follow up and sent me the installation video. I ordered another set due to the damage I caused on the first set. The installation video made it extremely easy to install the covers correctly and you can't tell that they didn't come with the vehicle, thanks so much for the help. The covers look absolutely amazing, no more sticky handles.

This was perfect. My door pull handle panel was melting (seems like a common problem with some BMWs) and this was a perfect replacement part.

I had my doubts because of the low price.. but this item did not disappoint. No issues installing. It looks and feels great. I thought it would feel like plastic but the PC coating feels like OEM but apparently better/long lasting.
Looks great!! Huge improvement for my 2011 BMW 550i ! They could use a much better installation video. FYI, I was able to install it without removing any other wiring or connectors (other than that one to that switch controlling the the windows and mirrors).
